Is it mandatory to go to the Departure Point?
No. If you have chosen hotel delivery, you do not need to stop at the Departure Point. You may go directly from your hotel.

At the Departure Point, our team welcomes you, hands you your Magic Train Pass, answers your questions, and guides you to the train for a smooth departure.

Yes. Pass collection at the Departure Point is always included in the Magic Train Pass.
Can I get guided departure from the Departure Point?
Yes. Guided train boarding is always included. Our team will guide you from the Departure Point to the train and assist you until boarding.
What time should I arrive at the Departure Point?
There are three departure times available: 08:00, 08:45, and 09:30.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth and organized departure.

Can I go on my own after visiting the Departure Point?
